New Edge-of-Dock Levelers at the Forefront of the Industry

Untitled Page (Carrollton, TX) – 4Front Engineered Solutions is pleased to introduce a new line-up of mechanical, air bag, and hydraulic edge-of-dock levelers that will be available under the KELLEY® and SERCO® brands. Edge-of-Dock (EOD) Levelers mount to the face of the dock and are an economical alternative to portable plates for moderate traffic loading docks.

Similar to other 4Front products, the new EOD models will incorporate a variety of value-added benefits:
  • Open lug-style front lip hinge for superior strength
  • Tire laminated dock bumpers for superior protection and durability
  • Reduced crown and extended lip bevel for superior transition
  • Reduced lifting force (mechanicals) for superior operation and safety
  • EZ-Hang installation tabs to simplify install and ensure proper alignment
The new EOD models have an effective working range of 5” above to 5” below dock and a variety of activation systems are available to match the operational needs of the dock:

Mechanical – ergonomic design minimizes strain during activation. The EZ-Lift™ spring assist on lip hinge reduces lifting force generated by the reliable, dual extension spring lifting mechanism.
Air-Powered – offers simple, ergonomic push-button operation with the industry's most popular air-powered lifting system, providing maximum efficiency, reliable performance and lower cost of ownership.
The lift system is fully operational under extreme temperatures of -65° to 180° F.
Hydraulic-Powered – proven system offers simple, ergonomic push-button operation with reliable, efficient hydraulic lifting power.
